Kitchen Arts

Kitchen Arts recently moved a block down Newbury Street.  A home for culinary gods, or anyone who wants to be one they have anything you could imagine from in house knife sharpening to colored sugar.  What won me over was the few dozen bins of cookie cutters, as I grew up my mother had cookie cutters for every occasion.  There were bats and pumpkins for Halloween, candles for birthdays, dredidels and Jewish stars for Hanukkah, and Christmas trees and gingerbread women for Christmas.  This was the only time I had seen more than back home in my mother’s cabinet and it made me a bit homesick.
